The 19th Annual ROCM Conference will be held from October 4-8, 2006, at the Crowne Plaza DonValley
hotel in Toronto, Ontario. Located in the beautiful Lake Ontario region of Canada, known for its spectacular
fall foliage, Toronto is one of the world's most cosmopolitan cities.

The purpose of this conference is to bring together
choir members and conductors to explore the wealth
and beauty of Russian Orthodox church music.
Participants will gain practical and theoretical knowledge
and experience through lectures, workshops and
rehearsals which culminate in festive pontifical services.
Further, participants will have the opportunity to
exchange ideas, get to know like-minded people and
    expand their liturgical repertoire.

In honour of the sesquicentennial of Alexander
Kastalsky (1856-1926), this year’s conference will
feature lectures on this great Russian composer
    and explore his liturgical music.

The All-Night Vigil and the Divine Liturgy will be held
    at the
    Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Cathedral
located at 23 Henry Street, Toronto, Ontario.
